Exchange & Return Policy — Effective as of April 2025

If you’re not satisfied with your product or have changed your mind about the purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.


Conditions for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use—that is, it must be in the same condition as received. Additionally, the item must be returned in its original packaging.


How to Request an Exchange

Send an email to contato@souldeverao.com with your full name, order number, and the reason for the exchange.
You will receive our response with the necessary instructions to proceed.


Conditions for Return Due to Regret

If you regret your purchase, you may return your order within 7 days from the date of delivery.


How to Request a Return Due to Regret

Send an email to contato@souldeverao.com, including your full name and order number.
You will receive a refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout.
There will be no additional cost for receiving your refund.


Products with Manufacturing Defects

According to Brazilian law, in the case of products with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.


How to Request a Return for Defective Products

Send an email to contato@souldeverao.com, including your full name, order number, and details about the defect (description with photos or videos).
We will review your case within 30 days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be issued using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.
There will be no additional cost for receiving your refund.


How to Return the Products

As outlined by Brazilian Consumer Law, return shipping costs for exchanges or returns due to regret or manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through a reverse logistics process.

You will receive a prepaid shipping label by email after submitting your exchange or return request. The product should be dropped off at any Correios (Brazilian Postal Service) branch.

We do not cover packaging costs. Therefore, we suggest reusing the original packaging (if it is not damaged) or using a suitable box that will protect the items during transport.
