How to Request a Return for Regret or Dissatisfaction

While we are not legally required to accept returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction, we proudly offer a 7-day return window to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If you are not happy with your product or wish to return it, you may do so within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please email contato@souldeverao.com with your full name and order number.

  • Returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned products.
  • The refund will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

How to Request a Return for Defective Products

Under U.S. consumer protection laws, if your item has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to request a return or refund.

To start the process, please email contato@souldeverao.com with the following:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect, along with photos or videos

We will review your request within 30 days of receiving the returned product. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method, with no extra cost to you.


Return Shipping Instructions

  • For both regret-based and defective product returns, we will cover the shipping cost via a prepaid return label.
  • You will receive the return shipping label by email after your request is confirmed.
  • Please drop off the return at your nearest USPS location.
  • Packaging costs are not included, so we recommend reusing the original box or using appropriate packaging that protects the item.
